Orders confirmed between Monday and Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. If the order is confirmed before 11pm (PST), your goods will be shipped the same day.
Taxes and duties
We do not charge you sales tax or customs duty at closing. Customers should also understand that all duties, including import duties, are subject to the policies of the Government of destination.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address so as not to receive the confirmation of your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email. Email address: info@boundlessart.com
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without an extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. Only in case the product was sold out, we’ll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
If your products were purchased online, please contact the Service team at +852 2509 5001 or email info@boundlessart.com for return or exchange. All goods sold by BAC have a 14-day return guarantee (based on the date the products are signed for).
We have insurance on every package and we require your signature upon delivery if you choose Express Shipping, so we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit, but we will try our best to help you track your package. In cases that your package is delivered to a wrong address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:
- Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
- Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
- Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver
